Lab 7 Yolo

Hey, what up? ..... yeah so I don't know how to say this without crying....... but I can't download the packet download for the next lab on my P.C. I click the link and it just changes the page to a white screen with a box on the left hand corner....how can I download it, or which way do you recommend....
